Neck grippers hold each glass bottle and flip it 180°, so the 18 rinsing heads flush the inside clean at 0.25–0.3 MPa before filling.
Filling Station
18 micro-negative pressure or gravity filling valves fill spirits, wine or juice precisely with no dripping. Swap change parts to fit other bottle volumes.
Capping Station
6 capping heads seal crown caps, T-corks, wooden corks or aluminum screw caps. Swap capping molds to suit different closures and bottle necks.
