24 rinsing heads flush the inside of each glass bottle with water at 0.25–0.3 MPa, so every bottle is clean before it reaches the filling valves.
Isobaric Filling Station
24 isobaric filling valves, twice vacuumized, hold stable back-pressure for chilled filling at 0–5 °C. CO₂ stays in the drink and foaming is prevented.
Capping Station
8 capping heads fit crown caps, aluminum screw caps or plastic caps. Swap capping molds to suit different cap styles and bottle necks.
