Rinsing Station
Neck grippers hold each PET bottle and flip it 180°, so the 40 rinsing heads flush the inside of the bottle clean before it reaches the filling valves.
Filling Station
40 isobaric filling valves match bottle pressure to the tank, holding CO₂ in the drink and limiting foam. Swap change parts to fit other bottle volumes.
Capping Station
10 or 12 capping heads (per configuration) tighten plastic screw caps firmly without cap damage. Swap capping molds to fit different bottle necks.

Replace the change parts on the filling valves and swap the capping molds, then adjust the station heights. The rinsing heads clean the inside of any bottle in the supported range.
