32 rinsing heads flush the inside of each glass bottle with water at 0.25–0.3 MPa, so every bottle is clean before it reaches the filling valves.
Isobaric Filling Station
32 isobaric filling valves hold stable back-pressure to keep CO₂ in the beer. Double vacuuming and high-pressure foaming drive out oxygen, holding DO at 30 ppb or less.
Capping Station
12 capping heads fit aluminum screw caps, metal crown caps or plug-ring crown caps. Swap capping molds to suit different cap styles and bottle necks.
