Pre-Evacuation Station
An electro-pneumatic long-tube CO₂ evacuation system purges air from each bottle, keeping dissolved oxygen at 30 ppb or less to protect beer flavor.
Isobaric Filling Station
9 isobaric filling valves with proportional diaphragm valves and continuous level floating suppress foam and hold liquid level within ±2 mm at 0.5–0.6 MPa.
Capping Station
4 capping heads fit plastic or aluminum screw caps. Swap capping molds to suit different PET beer bottle necks.
