Each large PET bottle is rinsed inside before filling, using 16 rinsing heads on the CGF16-16-5 or 6 on the CGF6-6-1.
Filling Station
High-speed gravity valves fill purified, drinking and spring water with steady liquid level control and no dripping, 16 valves or 6 by model.
Capping Station
Capping heads (5 on the CGF16-16-5, 1 on the CGF6-6-1) seal each bottle. Custom configurations are available for your bottle design.
