• The Heart of the Line: The RXGF24-24-8 3-in-1 monoblock bottling machine integrates 24 rinsing heads, 24 filling valves, and 8 capping heads into a single compact turret.
• Precision & Stability: Engineered specifically for carbonated/fermented drinks, ensuring consistent liquid levels, minimal foaming, and airtight capping at speeds up to 12,000 BPH.

Rotary Labeling Machine:

• High-speed rotary labeling machine applies body labels smoothly onto PET bottles with pinpoint precision and zero wrinkles.

Straight-type Shrink Wrapper & Product Conveyors:

• Motorized conveyor chains link all stations seamlessly. The linear shrink wrapping machine bundles the filled bottles into film-wrapped packs ready for storage and distribution.

On-Site Inspection & Customer Feedback

During our follow-up visit, our field engineers inspected crucial operational metrics, including filling accuracy, capping torque, and packaging stability. The equipment performed seamlessly, consistently achieving the target throughput of 10,000–12,000 BPH.
