Decapping Station
A decapping unit pulls the old cap off each returned barrel, so the barrel is ready for cleaning without any manual handling.
Outer Barrel Washing
Rotating brushes scrub the outside of the barrel while water sprays over it, removing dust, dirt and label residue as the barrel moves through.
Inner Barrel Washing
High-pressure water jets flush the inside of the barrel thoroughly, so every 3–5 gallon barrel reaches the filling head clean and sanitized.
Filling Station
The filling head fills each 10–20 L barrel with precise volumetric control, giving a consistent net volume in every barrel.
Capping Station
A capping unit presses a new cap onto the filled barrel for a secure seal, protecting the water during storage and delivery.
Barrel Bagging
A bagging unit slips a protective bag over the whole capped barrel, keeping the cap and neck clean until it reaches the customer.
