60 rinsing heads flush the inside of each PET bottle with water at 0.25–0.3 MPa before the bottle moves on to pre-evacuation.
Pre-Evacuation Station
32 electro-pneumatic long-tube CO₂ evacuation heads purge air from each bottle, keeping dissolved oxygen at 30 ppb or less to protect beer flavor.
Isobaric Filling Station
60 isobaric filling valves with proportional diaphragm valves and continuous level floating suppress foam and hold liquid level within ±2 mm at 0.5–0.6 MPa.
Capping Station
15 capping heads fit plastic or aluminum screw caps. Swap capping molds to suit different PET beer bottle necks.
