Neck grippers hold each PET bottle and flip it 180°, so the 18 rinsing heads flush the inside of the bottle clean before it reaches the filling valves.
Filling Station
18 micro-negative pressure filling valves deliver clean, accurate juice and tea filling. Swap change parts to fit other bottle volumes.
Capping Station
6 capping heads tighten plastic screw caps firmly without cap damage. Swap capping molds to fit different bottle necks and cap styles.
